From 1996 to 2008, he worked within the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, holding the positions of Secretary-Referent, Attaché, Third Secretary, Second Secretary, and First Secretary. From 2008 to 2009, he served as Deputy Director of the Center for Pre-Departure Adaptation and Training of Citizens Traveling Abroad under the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2009 to 2010, he served as Director of the Center for Pre-Departure Adaptation and Training of Citizens Traveling Abroad. From 2011 to 2025, he was the Director of AGRO GOLD IMPEX LLC. He is also the owner of GMG AGRO TRADING LLC.

Since 2026, he has been serving as the Head of Aeternum Inc. Representative Office in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Bakhodir Salimov is a senior executive and engineering professional with extensive experience in corporate management, operational leadership, and technical process oversight. He has built a solid professional track record in telecommunications, administrative management, personnel coordination, and engineering infrastructure support.

His career reflects a combination of strategic vision and operational discipline, with a strong focus on establishing effective workflows, coordinating teams, and strengthening business communication. Throughout his professional journey, he has held both executive and engineering positions, consistently integrating technical expertise with managerial accountability and practical execution.

Bakhodir Salimov graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies with a degree in Engineering. His professional profile is defined by a structured approach to management, engineering discipline, and the ability to ensure stable and efficient operational execution across projects and core business functions.

Since 2013, he has served as Founder and Director of Network Service LLC, where he has been responsible for the company’s overall operational management, supervision of key business activities, personnel leadership, and the development of relationships with clients and partners. In this capacity, he has played an active role in maintaining operational continuity, overseeing internal processes, and supporting the company’s business development efforts.

Earlier in his career, Bakhodir Salimov worked as an Engineer at FE LLC East Telecom, where he was involved in technical support, equipment maintenance, and the operation of telecommunications systems. This role allowed him to strengthen his engineering background and gain practical experience in the maintenance and support of technical infrastructure.

He also previously served as Head of Department at the SUE TOSHKENTBOSHPLANLITI, where he oversaw departmental operations, coordinated staff activities, and managed the preparation of working documentation. This experience further strengthened his ability to lead teams, organize operational processes, and ensure disciplined administrative execution.

Vyacheslav Bykov is an entrepreneur and developer of innovative technologies with extensive experience in industrial development and international projects. He was born on November 25, 1960, in Ponyri, Kursk Region (Russia). He graduated from the Zhdanov Metallurgical Institute (Donetsk region). From 1981 to 1983, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR. He is married and has two children. He began his entrepreneurial career in the 1980s. From 1985 to 1990, he owned four garment manufacturing enterprises in Zestafoni (Georgian SSR). From 1991 to 1994, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Russian-Chinese joint venture INKIT. Between 1994 and 2000, he founded BVI LLP, establishing a network of garment production facilities across several regions of the Russian Federation. In 2000, he founded the ORGANICS Group of Companies, implementing projects in industrial production and mineral resource development. Since 2008, he has participated in international innovation initiatives and leads the OASIS Program, aimed at restoring soil fertility in desert and degraded regions. The program was presented at the United Nations in New York in 2017. For his contribution to entrepreneurship and industry, he received several awards, including Best Entrepreneur of the Saratov Region (2005), Best Saratov Brand (2006), and Patron of the Year (2007). As a member of the Aeternum team, he contributes to the development and implementation of innovative industrial projects on an international scale.
