Romano Port SA is a concessionary company, legally established in October 28 –th 2003. Its localization is 6.5 km in North of Durres. This is the most important Port of Processing Petroleum Products in Albania. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Complete design has been finished in July 2005. Construction of Port has begun in July 2005. Testing and Certification was done in September 2008. Certification as Open International Port in March 25-th, 2009. The first vessel anchored in Romano Port was SEAGAS GENERAL in April 24-th, 2009. Inaugurated by Prime Minister of Albania in June 6-th, 2009. Breakwater has begun to be constructed in May 2005.

Technical Dates Romano Port SA has processed Oil vessel with maximum capacity of 30 000 MT Diesel, Gasoline, Heavy Oil, Crude Oil, Jet A1 and LPG vessel with maximum capacity of 10 000 MT. Maximum rate of processing Oil vessel 800 MT/h, while maximum rate of processing LPG vessel 200 MT/h.

AETERNUM INC. is involved in a strategic project aimed at the deep modernization of the Bukhara Oil Refinery, one of the key energy infrastructure facilities in Central Asia.

The project focuses on increasing refining capacity to 2.5 million tons per month, alongside the implementation of advanced processing technologies designed to significantly improve efficiency and product quality.

As part of the modernization program, the refinery will transition to the production of Euro-5 standard fuels, ensuring compliance with modern environmental requirements and international quality standards.

The operating area is about 30.000 persons from the exclusive development area AZAPIKO as well as about 5.000 persons from the neighboured locality. The functional departments correspond to a German district hospital with about 350 beds and all equipments for emergency care. The new emergency hospitals follows the slogan: more hotel – less hospital – and is therefore created in an attractive way.

According to the social importance of the child in society, it is absolutely necessary to set a high value on a first-class supply in the pediatric field: clinical diagnostics, treatment and care. A main center for children’s medicine is not only to think of, but would strategically be very helpful because of its great acceptance from all social classes. Also a setup of a geriatric base with an affiliated day hospital would be advantageous which particularly would be used by the surrounding population. This base can be organised in a part of the building, especially built for this purpose and will normally be used by older, partly multi-morbid patients.

The new emergency hospital can be upgraded to a medical center. In completion to the emergency care, a doctor’s house, a hotel for patients, a wellness-center as well as an ambulant operation center can be imagined. Therefore, many valuable synergies can be created, which not only widen the range of the medical services but will also bind at the same time purchasing power.

Project Objectives: Creation of a highly profitable "Enrichment Center" for the processing of ores, tailings, and man-made waste to extract precious and rare earth metals using innovative technologies to increase the yield (extraction) of the product and subsequent processing of the tailings into building materials (if necessary). Yael Sharon is an Israeli diplomat and international civil servant who has held senior positions within the United Nations. She previously represented the Israel at the UN and later joined the UN Secretariat, where she served in several high-level political affairs roles. Since 2016, she has served as an Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations. Early life and education Yael Sharon was born in Israel. She studied law with a specialization in international relations and global governance. Sharon earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from IDC Herzliya, where her academic work focused on international institutions, diplomatic law, and multilateral negotiations. Career Diplomatic service (1999–2005) From 1999 to 2005, Sharon served as a representative of Israel to the United Nations in New York. During her tenure at Israel’s Permanent Mission, she participated in diplomatic negotiations and discussions within the UN General Assembly and various committees, focusing on international law, political affairs, and Middle Eastern regional issues. United Nations career (2005–2016) In 2005, Sharon joined the UN Secretariat as a Senior Political Affairs Officer in the United Nations Department of Political Affairs. He is a laureate of several international innovation and invention exhibitions and has received numerous professional awards and medals.

Rutskoy served as the first Vice President of the Russian Federation (1991–1993) and played a significant role in the political and institutional development of the Russian state during a transformative period of its modern history. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in matters of public administration, economic policy, and national governance, contributing to the development of strategic approaches to state management and institutional reform. Alexander Rutskoy is also the author of a number of academic and analytical works on public administration, state governance, and economic development, and has contributed to academic and research initiatives related to governmental systems and policy frameworks.
