Modrze Agro-Industrial Platform is an operating production asset located in Poland, near Poznań, combining production capacity, warehouse infrastructure, administrative facilities, and land reserve for future development.

The project includes a functioning operational base with an optimal production capacity of up to 100 tons per week, an automated production and warehouse monitoring system, and a team of approximately 80 employees. The asset comprises a production site, auxiliary structures, and additional real estate, forming a solid foundation for current operations and future modernization.

Thanks to the combination of existing infrastructure and available expansion potential, the project can be viewed as a platform for industrial growth, productivity enhancement, logistics development, and further investment expansion. For Aeternum, this is not merely a local asset, but a full-scale operating platform with a real production base and strong potential for future scaling.
